We checked out the castles in person and they look wonderful!  We are finalizing which caterers we want.  I have lots of questions in the group forum for all you subMrs!

2/02/18: UPDATE:

INFORMATION husDOM: Hello! Those who have made verbal commitments, please make sure to click on MAKE RESERVATION box link below and fill out the contact information so Mr Fox can send you your invoices.  We only have 1 room left in this venue until the cutoff.

Even if we sell out please fill out a Registration Form.  If we have anyone cancel we will take the next registration in the order that they were received.

Meals: Yes, we have had a few people mention they have meal restrictions. This should NOT be an issue with caterers. Please just make sure to notate it on your information you fill out on husDOM.  Each castle has their own huge kitchens where you can bring anything special and keep in the refrigerators.  We encourage people to bring anything they may want special to snack on ect…. Also reminder, BYOS..BRING YOUR OWN SPIRITS!!

We have some information about our Married Dominance and submission event , “Gathering 2018”.  Many couples in our communities are getting excited and asking about how they get their 2018 gathering tickets. While many details are still being ironed out, it would be beneficial to us to know how much real interest there is in attending our next event.

This year we are going to ask again for deposits, payments & or installments.  These commitments to attend the gathering will allow us proper insight into what size venues we should be contracting. Last year we limited our event to 30 attendees.

While this size of event worked very well in 2017 there were other couples that wanted to attend the event but couldn’t as we had reached our maximum capacity for that venue.  In order for our event to continue to grow in size we need to have considerable more attendees take part in the next gathering.  Moving from a small sized venue to a mid-sized venue requires us to book almost double the capacity then we had last year.  That being said, if we can generate enough legitimate interest to have 34 to 50 people (17-25 couples) attend our 2018 gathering we will plan on expanding this year and making things bigger and better then ever.  Please look at the info below, I tried to give you as much info as I can at this stage. I need anyone who is in to comment on this post letting me know that you and your Sir will be wanting a ticket.

Our vision for this venue …. Medieval Castle D/s-M Retreat!

D/s-M Retreat

We are currently looking into making 2018’s event a “D/s-M Retreat”  Going on a retreat means taking time away from your ordinary vanilla life and the situations they bring. This is a special time to give you and your partner a D/s-M experience. Other couples along with yourself are taking an annual break from their hectic lives to build a special camaraderie with other like minded couples.   A D/s-M retreat lets our feelings open up and gives us access to both the light and dark corners of our deep feelings and thoughts. It can bring us a understanding of where we are in our D/s-M dynamics. This retreat will be about discovering ourselves and our partners in ways that help us to grow in intimacy, happiness and love.

During this retreat we all would have to stay under 3 roofs totaling 21,000 sq. ft.  3 mini castles in a private gated area. There will be many house rules. We all will be expected to keep with all our rules and protocols during the stay.  One thing that new couples may have concerns is about “swinging”.  I wanted to remind everyone our method of D/s-M, IS MONOGAMOUS, we promote it.  This event is NOT a swingers event in any way!  We want every couple to have a wonderful and daring experience but only with one another.  If you and your partner swing that is fine but please leave that part of your dynamic at home.  If you or your husDOM would like a reference from attendees that have attended previous events, please contact an Ambassador they can refer you or give you a reference themselves if they have attended an event themselves. The Long and Short of It.

We listened to our couples from last year’s gathering and found a way to get a great D/s-M experience but in a shorter period of time. We made the event less days.  We want everyone to be able to make life long friends and connect in a similar manner as before when the event was an entire week. Hence, we thought a retreat.  The long part of this retreat is the cost,.  This year the ticket will be an “all inclusive ticket”. To include your lodging, food/catering and workshops, the full event.  **(Does not include any travel costs or other personal recreation or events.)

Deposits, Payments & Installments

We want to make the event is as affordable as we can in order to allow everyone access to our events.  Events of this magnitude require contracts and substantial down payments in order to secure the venues as well as all of the miscellaneous details that accompany the event.  These financial commitments are secured personally by lk and myself and are quite large.

We also understand that paying for the event in one payment may be stressful to some.  With this in mind we are going to offer a payment plan as we have for previous events. Please fill out the information on husDOM.com so Mr. Fox can send you your invoices in a timely manner.

To date the gatherings have always run in the red for Mr Fox and I, we have always paid out much more than we have taken in.  Our goal is not focused on financial gain but rather to culminate and foster lifetime friendships among our D/s-M community.

We are increasing the quality and level of Married Domination and submission experience for everyone. It’s our pleasure to plan everything so that other couples can participate in this great adventure, one that most times they would not do on their own.  Life long friends and camaraderie will be made.  We all want a little edge without getting cut and that’s what we try to provide.

TOTAL EVENT COST: Approximately $2700 (**All Inclusive) 

****1st, PRIMARY DEPOSIT: $350.00 due by February 9th 2018

2nd deposit $350.00 due by February 28, 2018

3rd Installment $400.00 due by March 28, 2018

4th Installment $600.00 due by April 15, 2018 (Hopefully your tax returns are back..LOL!)

5th Installment $500.00 due May 15, 2018

6th, Final payment $500.00 due June 30, 2018

You may pay ahead and pay full ticket anytime. Once your ticket is paid in full you can choose your room.  The castle villa we are looking at has three mini castles and each has many bedrooms to choose from. First payed in full, first served. We will be posting PDF showing each house and the room setups very soon.

All payments, deposits and installments paid are NON-REFUNDABLE.

We will be setting up certain rooms & areas in the house with some bondage equipment for everyone to use in the castles. We have placed playtime in the schedule of the itinerary for everyone to get a chance to have some play. Details will be listed in the HOUSE RULES.

ATTIRE:

Everyone should wear workout wear. subMrs wear form fitting tops and bottoms. husDOM’s can wear shorts or sweats or even their sexy leather chaps if they like.  Every couple if space allows will be interacting with the presenters.

ATMOSPHERE:

We want to make sure every couple gets an educational experience on exactly what D/s-M rituals and methods look like during our workshops.  We also will get experienced individuals to show us some of the tricks of the trade.  The workshop usually consists of info on things such as rope, impact play, touch and scenes as well. Details on what the workshops are going to be on will be posted in the forum groups.

Now with all of us staying under roofs together, there of course will be lots of house rules. There will be rules and protocols sent out to each member attending as there are every year.

BYOFS (bring your own favorite spirits.)  We will have several bars available to us to use. We will be stocking those ourselves. So bring or buy a couple of your favorites to drink and share.

BYOT (bring your own tools/toy-box) You will have lots of playtime while in the house so we encourage you to being your suitcase, box or duffle bag to use while at event.
