• Traveling with toys/rope

    Hello All,

i am looking for advice/personal experiences with traveling on airlines with toys and ropes. Master and i are flying up to Tokyo next weeks for a few days and want to take full advantage of our time alone. i have searched TSA and the airline website and from what i have read it seems any toys and ropes we are looking to travel with are okay to put in our check baggage, personally i would feel much better putting them in our carry-on, but unsure if that is allowed or not. Any kinky travelers out there that have any tips or advice will be greatly appreciated!
Thanks so much and take care,
    takara

I’m glad you you asked this question. Sir and I will be traveling via airline in a few months and would like to bring some with us as well. I wasn’t sure what we could take. I’d prefer to take them in the carry on. I think the smaller toys would be fine in the check luggage. Might get some interesting look from the scanner staff. The rope will probably stay in the check luggage. I’ve already been pulled aside once for the baby powder on the diaper bag. Apparently it set off the residue check. Who knew. And I thought He would have set it off since he was active military at the time working with explosives. Nope, the baby powder set it off. I don’t want to test the waters again. 🙂

hope my reply is quick enough to help…i sell sex toys & quite often travel with my gear for parties. anything, and i mean ANY THING that TSA could think is a potential weapon will be taken if its not in checked bags. that includes restraints, paddles, floggers & even some vibrators that don’t look like a vanilla vibrator. best bet is to check all toys, or declare at security that you have items of adult nature that need to be checked in a private room. the private search is what i opt for but it adds hours to my security procedures. Safe travels!
