I want to start out by talking a little about my journey so far. In the last 2 months i have lost 17 pounds and 2 pant sizes! Its a HUGE deal for me. I have never been the one to go to the gym, even when i knew i needed to go. I have found a few friends that helped me get started and it has taken off from there. I have worked hard through eating healthier and working out. We even have family bike rides on the weekends. Exercise doesnt have to be a boring sweaty run. lol I have made realistic changes that i know i can keep doing after i finally get to where i want to be. Nothing drastic besides adding exercise a few days a week. making changes you know you can stick with will ensure longer lasting results. If you think this is something you would like to be involved in please join in on the forum!
I want more chatter in this forum so we an help each other achieve goals. Goals that we may not achieve with out others subport. Everyones goals will be different, weight loss, food nutrition or jsut overall being healthier, but i know that everysubbie can be subportive regardless if they have the same goals or not!
After losing 17 pounds i can see my confidence level rise. I may not be near my end goal but im feeling better about myself and my Sir notices! Confidence really looks good on a sub 🙂 There is no where for a sub to hide in the dark when their Sir puts them on display. i know my Sir likes to look at me and im finally getting to a point that it doesnt make me uncomfortable. We all need to learn to see ourselves through our Sirs eyes but sometimes its hard to do that when you dont have any confidence. This isnt just about weight loss, its about learning to love yourself, having confidence and being healthy.
Please embark on this journey with me and some other wonderful subbies!! IF you have ideas on challenges, forum posts or topics let me know! I want to keep this forum section active. If you have questions, need advice? post in the forum and somesubbie will be glad to answer.

    Hi Soumis

Yes this is really key to me right now as I recently started a second job and a not finding time to exercise or look after myself so I’m finding I’m carrying a few extra kilos which means I’m not feeling confident in my body or clothes. I’d really love support on making the time to get myself healthy again 🙂

I believe this is will great forum for me. I do think that you need others to help stay motivated and accountable-for me anyway. I have lost 20 pounds, however I did not do it the most healthy way possible. I went a Dr and he put me on a 950 calorie diet eating every 2 hours. I was like are you kidding me LOL. I gave it a try I last the 1st 10 pounds fairly quickly (water weight anyway), then slowly the next 10. Well now I am stuck because I no longer want to eat packaged food, I want to learn how to healthy by eating foods around me. I have been trying to focus on the thought that I should not live to eat however eat to live.

  • Even with my 21 pound weight loss i struggle with a good relationship with food. I started a forum section for meal ideas. Im hoping to start seeing some chatter in there. I know i could use some new and healthy ideas. 🙂 If you have any ideas for the forum, ideas for challenges or anything please let me know. I want everyone to want to participate so i want everyones ideas and help! and i did fail at putting up a challenge this past week. I forgot it was my daughters day camp and i stayed busy all week. Im hoping to start a challenge for everyone this coming monday

Fabulous. I love to read about ladies into fitness. I however am on the opposite end of the spectrum…I am into bodybuilding and gaining weight so to speak. But health and fitness is a great thing no matter which way you are working towards! Lifting weights can be an added help ladies…muscle burns fat and it is more dense/smaller!

    Kudos to all of you!

Nice to see so many people into fitness.

I lift weights myself, more muscle = higher metabolism = easier to stay in shape.
