Schedules?
Hey
Does anyone’s Dom have them on a weekly schedule? And to what extent?My Daddy is creating a schedule for Me. Nothing too intense but he is setting up times for me to do yoga, talk to a therapist, have a social media cut off and bed time.
We’ve never done this before and I’m excited!
What can I do to mentally prepare? I want to do well and make him happy 🙂

My Sir has a few things that I consider on a schedule …we have found out for us ,
NOT to many because, then I can fail ! For us, we STRIVE to keep our D/sm something we can sustain 🙂WELCUME to subMrs ,

The only thing I guess I would consider a schedule is when we have our weekly downtime. Other than that, I don’t have one, so I don’t have any advise to give! I am SURE there are other ladies on here that do and can give you some pointers.

We’re living apart at the moment (due to work). I send Him a daily report in the evening. He has set certain tasks that he wants me to complete daily. They really are to keep me accountable because I’m struggling with Him being gone.
