Question about building a foundation
I have read the blogs and the forums but am having some trouble putting things together. Is there a suggested order of doing things (Formal Acceptance/Downtime/Rules/Rituals etc.)that I’m missing?
Like:
Step 1…
Step 2…
Step 3…
and so on until all of the basic foundation of D|s-M are established.
I feel like I am taking things out of order and maybe not building the strongest foundation. -

Great question… yes there is a formula that goes with building your dynamic with the basics and of course you and your sir will create your own as you grow. What works for you best!We also have a live new Subbie chat that I do once a month on “what is D/s-m and the steps to get started”
Talk about your foundations and thoughts with your sir. Make sure your on the same page
Ask him to be your dom “formal acceptance “
Talk in downtime always
Set your short list of rules and rituals
Talk about your soft and hard limits
GO SLOW .. it’s not a race!
