• Outlining your needs as a submissive

    Posted by sammilou420 on at

So I’ve been researching and sending my Husband different links to understand what I mean explaining how i want our d/s relationship. He doesn’t think he’s dominant. I know I’m submissive it’s just my personality and I want that control that we started bringing into the bedroom 24/7. I’m just seem to be having a hard times putting together the words to tell him what i need. He knows I want this and hes been more then willing to look into it. I’m ready to kneel and ask him to be my dom. I just don’t want him to think I’m being silly

Could you make him a list of things you would like? Or maybe write him a letter telling him how it makes you feel when he takes control. Sometimes I communicate best when I can write it if my brain is too scrambled to talk it out lol. Good luck!

Hi and welcome to the site
    Sammilou420 🙂

Trying to find the words and being able to express your needs, wants and desires can be tricky. I know Sir’s jaw fell to the floor during those first talks we had. First I would read
LK blog posts, oldest to newest. Also if you could point your hubby towards Mr. Fox site and blog that can be helpful too.
When explaining D/s to my Sir for us I left out the kinky fudgery or I only touched on the subject lightly. That is just a bonus of D/s. Any how I explained to Sir what I needed and why. Things such as I need guidance, to feel protected and loved. After our first talk I just started doing things for him. This is included little things such as making sure the freezer is always stocked with his favorite ice cream, cleaning the house, running any errands he asked or talked about. He noticed these after about a week. He liked these small things and wanted more for both of us. Hope this helps a bit.
