• Injuries prevent kneel/wait/sit, suggestions?

    I would like to start a kneeling practice for Sir, however, severe knee injuries prevent me from resting on my calves and ankles, damaged nerves in the knee would be in further jeopardy.

    Psychologically I love the kneel/wait positions for both my mind and for his, but an accident has made this physically impossible and dangerous for me to do. I can’t seem to find a position that could work, since I don’t want the “kneeling” position to be confused with “trying to provoke a sexual response,” in other words, I don’t want him to think I’m trying to “Top from below” by seducing him every night with this posture…I want him to control the sex, he already knows I want him the time, but I want to give him that power.

    I can’t sit crossed legged either, besides this position exposes me and is more sexual too, and he is incredibly turned on by “standing on my knees with hands on the back of my head.” I want an “end of the day posture,” which demonstrates humbleness, contentment, reflection, and respect..he’s always been confident of my love and my desire for him, that is never doubted..I want to go farther and demonstrate fealty in this end of the day ritual.

    You might want to look up modified yoga kneeling poses for bad knees. That might give you some ideas. Another thing you could look into is a yoga kneeling bench. These are small sturdy benches that hold your weight and have just enough room for your lower part of the legs to slip under. Sorry about the bum knees, I got bummed out knees to. So a lot of the time I sit with my knees up and butt on the floor.

    A kneeling bench, that is a great idea…That would still make it somewhat formal as it could rest on the floor near his side of the bed. I could even add rings to it for hooking cuffs to, haha. Thank you so much for that!

    I have some injuries too and am just not 20 anymore! We use a small stool I found online. Sometimes I need the little pillow, sometimes I can bend my legs on each side of it. I do yoga but there are things just out of reach and will always be that way.
