    Hi Ladies
I wanted to share with you my feelings, and the story of our recent success in Married D/s, or our rise from the ashes, if you will.
We have been dabbling in D/s for almost 3 years now, on and off. I approached him, as many of us do, and it has been a slow but steady progress. We read books, we went to munches, we joined this site, we even frequented a club or two. But then life took over. Financial difficulties, marital hardships, stress, work and kids took main stage. Our D/s was not going so well. Heck, our Marriage was not going so well.
Last summer we decided to make a change. My husband accepted a job overseas, in a small town in Qc, Canada, so that we could start over. Better pay, less stress. Moving overseas, away from my family, my job, my life, was a hard decision to make. But I made it non the less, thinking, hoping, that this will save our marriage. Our first few months here were not easy, and friction between us was frequent. Last week, after one too many an explosion, we decided to go back to the basics and have a downtime, mainly to discuss where this is going, especially D/s.
I was so nervous. I wanted this badly but was afraid to ask, to want, to hope. I also worried about topping from the bottom, feeling that I was more serious about this them Him. I turned to the wonderful subbies at the warren chat and asked for advice. The great support and wisdom I got from you ladies helped me phrase my thoughts and the DT went wonderfully well. I could hardly believe it but he has proven since that he is very much on board. We have been using protocol in our txt messages since, I have been made to sleep with my collar every night and we are both happier. This couldn’t have gone better and I am so grateful to have this community. Thank you all so much. I sadly don’t remember all the names of the wise subbies I consulted with but I do know LT was there. All the others, I hope you are reading this. Thank you again so much for being there for me, for us. You have made a difference.
