    Hello, I am liebchen and I am new here. Master is helping me out with a new diet for the New Year, wondering if anyone else is making new strides in health this year.

    CHEERS to 2017 !

    Here are a few of my shares :

    I hate the word diet ;its not allowed in our world. It is too stressful, overwhelming,sets me up to fail.

    I try to always eat three meals a day and snacks ; always portion control

    Water and water ..and more water !

    I allow myself to have a small serving of a TREAT ..I find I don’t want it LOL ..go figure that out ! LOL

    I HATE the scale but, I weigh once a week and change my eating accordingly It works for me !

    Sugar is my Enemy !

    Fruit … apples are my best friends !
