Not as expected
Everything was planned for my FA, it was going to be perfect. Of course nothing ever happens as planned around here. The evening that I had planned was going to be informal and low key as we were packing to move. The goal was for him to be outside in the garage and I would shower and get ready when I got home from work. Once ready, I would text him to let him know I needed his help. When he made it to our bedroom I would be kneeling at the foot of our bed. Instead I stay at work for 3 extra hrs, I was exhausted. When I finally got home, Sir followed me into the closet to help me undress. Once I was undressed I just feel to my knees and asked. There were tears from both of us. It was more emotional than I expected, but it was amazing in every way and truly us. Excited to see whats next!

Hello LilBearCat! I am super new and am starting to plan my FA….I am so scared! I am afraid he will say no even tho we have lightly discussed it…I am scared of it not going as planned. I found your post and it got me thinking that even if it doesn’t it will be perfect anyway.

Congratulations on your FA! Don’t be too hard on yourself about it not going as YOU had planned…instead focus on the fact that no matter what, it was your FA and he said YES. Which I think you are going off of what your wrote at the end. It’s easy to feel like everything needs to be perfect and easy to compare yourself to other’s stories, but you are you and this was yours! Good job lady and you are in for the ride of your life!
