    I found this on Pintrest, I know that a lot of people are using zucchini and squash as a noddle replacement. Here are some ideas that I came across that I will trying and I just wanted to share. Get Your Zoodle On.. ENJOY 🙂

    We follow a low-carb ketogenic diet at our house, so this recipe isn’t low fat, but it is delicious and high in protein, omega-3s and good fats. Plus you don’t have to cook anything; it’s ready in 5 minutes.

    Avocado Chicken Salad (serves 2 with some to spare)
    I large can of chunk chicken
    2 hardboiled eggs
    1-2 fresh avocadoes, depending on size
    1 Tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
    1 tsp lemon juice
    salt and pepper to taste

    We eat it straight, but you could certainly serve it on a bed of lettuce or as a wrap.

    I have a Fruit Shake after my workout in the morning and a Green Shake for lunch with chicken or fish ( not in the Shake lol) . It is quick way to get all the fruit and vegs I need for the day.

    Fruit Shake ~
    I eat a banana before I go to the gym.

    Apple
    Kiwi
    Frozen mix berries (Strawberries, Blackberries, Raspberries, blueberries, cherries)
    Protein Power
    Almond Coconut Milk Unsweetened
    Flax Seeds
    Chia Seeds

    Shake is 238 cals.
    with Banana 328 cals.

    Green Shake ~
    Lunch with Chicken,Fish or soup.

    Kale
    Spinach
    Avocado
    Apple
    Cucumber
    Baby carrots
    Broccoli
    Cinnamon
    Apple Juice
    Flax Seeds
    Chia Seeds

    Shake is 191 cals

  • I LOVE to make fruit shakes in the morning. My mom has had one every morning since i can remember. No one inmy family likes to eat breakfast (and now my mom cant have eggs or gluten) so its an easy way to make sure she has a good breakfast. I have never used Kiwi though. That sounds pretty good 🙂
    I have been wanting to try green shakes but im always scared ill find a really gross recipe lol ill be sure to try this one 🙂

    If you can get pass the way it looks its not that bad. Ace calls it Swamp water, but you taste the apples and cinnamon more en anything else. Let me know what you think.
