Hello! I introduced myself on the new member forum but quickly decided I needed to be a part of the Premium subMrs group so here I am introducing myself to you all. I am 36, live in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. My husband (who is not on HusDOM yet) and I have been married for 5 years and together for 11. We have 2 small kids 5, 3 and we have another on the way. I am 31 weeks pregnant and expecting the first part of August. I work as a social worker and I am also a labor and birth doula. I stumbled upon researching BDSM after a night I had the Mr. tie me up. I could not stop thinking about the exchange of power and how it made me feel. I felt like I was meeting him for the first time again. I started to research why I enjoyed being tied up and found myself reading deep into the world of BDSM and then I found you. D|s-M. It hit me. This is what has been missing from our marriage. This is what we had at the beginning of our relationship and I just didn’t know it. I told the Mr. about a week later how much I enjoyed him restraining me in the bedroom and we went after it again. After our play time, I expressed to him how much I wanted this to be our dynamic and he was extremely open to it. I have already started a journal and although late to the group, I am going to start my kneeling position practice. (i wish my kids would go to sleep now so I can start!). We are only a week and a few days in and I have found so much helpful information here in this community already. I hope the Mr. joins husDOM as well. I look forward to getting to know you all and learning more on this journey.
