I’ve been thinking about rules and restrictions a Dom might set for his sub when comes to food and all things associated…
There are High VS low protocol dinner but those are usually in company of grownups that’s within TTWD…
So i wonder what rules do you have?
And how do you go about them with kids or other vanilla ppl around?

I truly need some tips for the summer ahead where we’ll mix with a lot of ppl

Sir encourages. Remind me. On…. Did you get your water in, what did you have for lunch, did you walk today ….. This alway makes me feel happy. He cares … And gets the benefits. We both love food, wine, cooking … So,we jointly work on this. Sir never tells me on the food thing unless … I splurge too much = food migraine.

Thank for good tips Curvy – as part us “stepping up the game”, for the coming autumn, food will be covered in our rules. We still have to find out how …
I like to serve Sir his food and wait for him to start …

I wanted to chat back at this again …….FOOD, Diet , Exercise….

Seems to always come up !! We are soon our worst enemies /critics on this !
    My SHARE :

we should take care of our bodies for our Sirs…..they are his property, jewels…they need to be the Best
we can be , whatever that means to YOU !

Subbies are all shapes, sizes ! We all know the hard truth …are we HEALTHY, Happy, Being the BEST we can be ?

If we have areas to work on whatever, it might be …lose a few pounds, get stronger, be more flexable, dress better, quit smoking… we should try to DO IT! It not only benefits us…It makes our Sirs PROUD !!

I have to work on fitness and healthier eating. The past stressful year has taken it’s toll.

The only standards we had for dinner time..

I served small ones first then my husband. Once the kids are old enough to fix their own plates then they did it themselves and I prepared his.

He begins eating first then we can eat.

He leaves the table then the kids can leave or they have to ask to be excused if he is still sitting.
