Challenge for Week 1
I want to start out with a 1 week challenge until everysubby knows that the challenges are happening. No onw wants to start a 4 week challenge in the middle. So this time will be 1 week, the next will be 2 weeks and theen we will start doing monthly challenges. Everyone can do the food, workout or both parts of the challenge.
Food challenge:
Food is an important part of our health goals! no matter how much we exercise if we arent eating healthy food or fueling our body properly we wont have good results! for our first week, do as many of the food challenges that seem possible. Some will come easy, but be sure to add 1 or 2 that will challenge you to eat well this week!First 7 Day Challenge
I know this can be hard for some, so maybe just pick one or two.

Chips
Pasta
Alcohol
Red Meat
Bread
Candy
Yes:
Water only
Chicken/Fish
Eat 5-6 times a day
Veggies Only (sides)
Fruits (eaten before noon)The next part of the weekly challenge will be exercise. Some of us make it to the gym and some of us dont. So there will be an add on to an existing workout routine and a small workout for those that dotn already workout. Everything that will be posted will be able to be done in your own home! NO gym required!
IF you already workout add this too your existing workout for the week:
40 squats – 15 pushups (knee pushups are fine) and 20 sit upsIf you do not already have an exercise routine try this out for day 1. Do as many rounds as you can. Some people will be able to do more than others.
45 jumping jacks
20 squats
10 jump squats
30 russian twists (15 to each side)
30 sec plank
15 standing calf raises
15 push ups
10 lunges (each leg)
