Good Morning My Lovely Sub Sisters and Brothers!

My sir is still in bed and I am up because these days sleeping sometimes comes and yet other times not so much. I wanted to post today about how important it is at these times to remain active. A simple walk each evening with your Sir can lift both of you up from an emotional day (and we all know what else we can do…). But, really during these times we need the fresh air, we need to remain positive, and we need to remember that we are not alone. We (you) are never alone. Many “normal” things in our lives have stop temporarily, but they have not stop forever. And this gives us the opportunity to try new things or, even though we are so busy home schooling etc, we now have the opportunity to change our schedule and add things. Sir and I could never find time each evening for a walk, but now we do! So try something new, yoga, mediation, walking, push-ups, dips, core exercises, planks, running, hiking, etc. Please remember that not only do we take care of our Sir’s, and our families, we must also take care of ourselves. If we are not strong and centered, how can we be the “good subs” that I know we all are.

So in closing, today, please try something new! Even if only for 5 minutes! And be good to yourself. Forgive your self. Forgive your Sir. Forgive your family.

Take care everyone. I am never far away!

Blossom, thank you SO much for taking the time to share this with us! Given the changes in our daily life of late we are afforded an opportunity to embark on new experiences and discoveries. Doing this with our Doms is priceless and gives us all an opportunity to grow even closer in our D/s relationships. Here’s to new experiences and discoveries!
