Soothing Cream of Balm?
I got a bit overworked this week and my girlie bits are really feeling it. Does anyone have a recommendation for a soothing salve or cream that will help reduce soreness and inflammation to be used on delicate vulvar skin?

My daughter uses essential oils and she has a new one that she claims is a miracle cure for badly bruised tissue. It’s for ‘cellular regeneration’. It’s not topical though. But I’m thinking for those of us who sometimes have inflammation and soreness like this it would be beneficial. She takes a capsule daily and swears by it. Her homeopath says it’s because she’s improving ‘cellular regeneration’. I don’t think I’m allowed to mention the name here but maybe I can share it in pm. Let me know if you want the name.

Please go ahead and share the brand of the essential oil. It is okay to share this! I am curious too! I just always caution everyone to always check with their physician if they are not sure about trying something new.
