Hello subbies, What are we all eating and drinking to stay healthy for our Sirs? Skin, nails, muscles, and energy are all important to stay healthy. For me, I need to drink more water and get rid of some unwanted stress. Also, I am hoping to try some new recipes. We eat plant-based meals. Here is a quick recipe I like. Vegan Enchiladas Layer corn tortillas in a casserole dish, add a mixture of red beans, rice, and artichoke hearts and bottoms with green chilis and onions. Pour some green chili Verde sauce on the top the, bake at 375 for 40 minutes. Add Mexican rice as a side dish, along with a nice green salad. Yummy!! Warmest regards, Belle Soumise
